The Arriba Community Weight Loss Challenge is a 12 week course run which combines the education and support you need to achieve safe and long term weight loss with a bit of friendly, fun, community competition. Arriba Wellness Clubs are much more than a 'pay-weigh-and go' weight loss class/slimming club, providing body compostion tests.
